Privacy Policy
This policy describes information handled through Oakridge Marketing’s contractor-facing website, inquiry forms, onboarding forms, discovery calendar and related business communications. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to [email protected].
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide, including your name, business name, email, telephone number, service territory, services offered, budget, package interests, timing, appointment availability, delivery and billing contacts, qualification requirements, messages and communication preferences. Booking records include the time and status of your appointment. If you choose text messages, we also record your consent choices and related submission details.
Our hosting, form and communications providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, access times, page requests, security checks and delivery records. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers or homeowner customer records through our contractor inquiry or onboarding forms.
2. How we use information
We use information to respond to requests, evaluate service fit, prepare proposals, arrange discovery calls, set up and deliver agreed services, provide support, maintain business records, protect our systems and meet legal obligations. Providing a telephone number or submitting a form does not by itself authorize text messages or purchase a service.
3. Service providers and other disclosures
We use HighLevel/LeadConnector for website forms, customer records, scheduling and communications, and Google Workspace for business email and calendar functions. Hosting, security and communications providers process information to support these functions. We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect legal rights and the security of our services.
We do not sell contractor inquiry or onboarding information or provide it to other businesses for their independent marketing. Our business also provides homeowner leads and booked appointments to contractors under separate service arrangements. Homeowner acquisition requires its own notice describing the receiving contractor and intended contact; this contractor-facing policy and a contractor’s consent do not authorize contacting homeowners.
4. Mobile information and SMS consent
Mobile information collected through this contractor-facing site will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers to operate communications and customer support on our behalf. SMS opt-in records and consent are not sold, shared as marketing permissions, or transferred to another business for its own messaging. Service providers may process them only to operate and document our messaging program.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. If you opt in, messages are limited to the categories described beside your consent choice. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, or email [email protected]. See our SMS terms. SMS is not currently active; consent does not guarantee that a messaging program will be launched.
5. Cookies and tracking
Our site and embedded services may use cookies, local storage and request logs needed for page operation, forms, security and appointment booking. Oakridge has not installed Google Analytics or Meta advertising pixels on this website as of the effective date. We do not currently use this contractor-facing site to track visitors across unrelated websites for targeted advertising.
The site does not have a separate automated response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. You can manage cookies using your browser; disabling them may affect embedded forms or booking. Embedded providers may process technical information under their own policies. We will update this notice before materially changing our tracking practices.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to address your request, administer the business relationship, document consent and opt-outs, resolve disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping duties. We assess retention according to the information’s purpose, sensitivity, service history and legal requirements. Limited suppression records may be retained to honor requests not to contact you. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no online system or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices and privacy requests
You may request access, correction or deletion of your information, or ask us to stop direct follow-up, at [email protected]. Include enough information to identify your business relationship, but do not email sensitive identity documents unless we request them through an appropriate method. We may verify your identity and retain records where legally required or needed to honor an opt-out. We will handle applicable privacy rights without unlawful discrimination. You can also use an unsubscribe option in a commercial email.
8. Children and external services
Our services are intended for adult business representatives and are not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate. Links to other websites and services are governed by their own privacy practices.
9. Changes and contact
We will post updates here with a revised effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice where required, including by email when appropriate. Contact Oakridge Marketing at [email protected] for questions about this policy.
